Cost allowances will be designated for all items and finishes you may want to choose.
A proposed start and completion date will be agreed upon and a signed contract will be initiated.
Ok, so we have spent time in meetings, we have found and purchased your lot and designed your dream home.
We went over materials, finishes, timelines, pricing and contracts.
After all the countless hours of putting pen to paper, Serenity Homes and our many top-quality professional tradespeople are ready and in place to ensure that your dream and your vision will soon become a reality.
Your home is complete. All necessary code inspections have been approved, and all expectations have been met. Our final meeting before possession has arrived.
